Presenting a simple journey in the quest for excellence that began 26 years ago. A journey that was dedicated to completing over 100 landmark residential, industrial, commercial complexes and IT projects, whilst maintaining the highest level of integrity, propriety and distinction at all times. Mr. Shanmugam, now Chairman and Managing Director of Neerajj Housing and Properties who headed this voyage is a Civil Engineering graduate from Anna University, got his Masters in Business Administration from Madras University and is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. He is an Associate Member and Chartered Engineer of The Institute of Engineers and a member of The Indian Concrete Institute. With such at strategist at the helm, here’s to a great future filled with endless possibilities, today, tomorrow and always.
